Excursion Weekend Workshops: A Hemi-Sync Program
The Excursion Workshop at Rock The Path is a results-oriented program designed to assist in expanding awareness, developing latent dimensions of creative intelligence, discovering a new sense of certainty and purpose, and applying one"s full potential to all areas of life. Excursion participants learn through guided meditative exercises and group discussions how to achieve the states known as Focus 10 (where the mind is awake, and the body is asleep) and Focus 12 (a state of greatly expanded awareness). This weekend adventure into expanded states of consciousness, where important personal revelations are commonplace, facilitates profound relaxation, deep contemplation, increased intuition, and communication with the higher self and related energies. Specifically designed exercises with the Hemi-Sync audio-guidance technology form the core of the workshop, together with explanation, discussion, and supportive group interaction. Workshops are given on an ongoing basis. Please contact the RTP Center for specific dates, details and registration.
