Shell’s Southwest Grill is a different kind of take-out food stand featuring reasonably priced made to order lunches. We’re located in Harbor Park in downtown Rockland on the Mid-Coast of Maine just a short distance from Thomaston, Rockport, Camden, & Lincolnville Beach. We’re open daily for lunch from 10:00a to 4:00p!

Our lunch menu features our own homemade slow cooked pulled pork & chili as well as flame grilled hamburgers, flame grilled hot dogs, New England clam chowder & fresh Maine crab meat.

We also serve a variety of Tex-Mex items including tacos, quesadillas, bean burritos made with our own homemade refried black beans, & other wraps.

We offer grilled chicken, grilled haddock, fresh ground beef, fresh Maine crab meat, other seafood items & our own homemade creamy cilantro coleslaw. We also serve daily & weekly specials. We use naturally fresh ingredients including whole wheat, whole grain & organic products. As always, we have a variety of hot sauces & salsas to spice up any dish.

We feature our own fresh brewed unsweetened iced tea & our own limeade made from lime juice, not from frozen concentrate.  Additionally, we offer a variety of Jones Sodas, Maine Root Organic root beer as well as Coke & Pepsi products.

For dessert, we serve our own homemade blueberry creamsicles & our root beer floats are made with Maine Root Organic root beer & Breyers all natural French Vanilla ice cream.
