The attorneys at the Law Office of Susan C. Thiem provide legal services in a relaxed rural setting in Lincolnville, Maine. Our attorneys, Susan C. Thiem and Christine E. Alberi provide legal services for the residents of Knox and Waldo Counties.

Susan Thiem has been in practice for over 25 years. Her practice areas include real estate, title searches, deeds, probate, wills, power of attorney, and corporations for small businesses. Christine Alberi joined the firm in the fall of 2006 and her practice areas include family law matters, divorce, child custody, paternity and adoption. Christine is also a qualified guardian ad litem for both Title 19-A and Title 22 cases.

Both attorneys have recently opened a bankruptcy practice. We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
