I, Bill Packard, owner of Down to Earth, have worked in the dirt for almost 30 years. My experience has included working for several excavating contractors, paving foreman for 6 years and owned and operated a pavement maintenance business. I have experience in road construction and maintenance. I served the Town of Union as both Road Commissioner and Highway foreman.

I work closely with area contractors that can provide larger equipment if needed or supply aggregate for jobs.

The most enjoyable part of this business is helping homeowners with projects that are a little too large for them to do on their own, or projects that they don't have the equipment or expertise to do themselves. I hope we can work together soon.
