James E. Cousens founded Cousens Realty in 1956. Jim was a prominent local entrepreneur and his tradition of excellence in service set the standards for the company today. Russell Wolfertz, Sr. purchased the business in 1961 and carried forward the business values with his wife Annabell until 1988 when Russell Wolfertz, Jr. acquired the business. The company is presently licensed as a partnership under the name ERA Cousens Realty, LLC with Nancy Wolfertz the other managing partner.

ERA Cousens Realty, LLC is an independently owned and operated member of Electronic Realty Associates. The ERA affiliation began in 1976 and has been maintained for the benefit of the company and our sales associates, clients, and customers.
