Galerie Dufour (formerly Indigo Gallery) features the singular photographic vision of Maine artist Charles Laurier Dufour. Both color and B&W photographs are exhibited. Specializing in fine art nudes and nature, Dufour's award-winning photography has been featured in magazines such as Photographer's Forum and DownEast, and books including Dawn of the 21st Century and The Best of Photography Annual. From June through December, new works are exhibited with opening receptions.

Sticks and Stones      June 19 to July 16       This is a series of photographs featuring granite stones and posts/pilons.  Non-nudes, these shots are from Acadia National Park, Belfast, ME, and Port Steward, Northern Ireland.  

Hovering Dreamers   July 17 to Aug 13             In dreams, sometimes we hover (well, some of us do, anyway).  These photographs depict hovering dreamers in various landscapes.  No digital manipulation - just the magic of dreams.  This is a fine art nude show.

A Nod to Whimsy       Aug 14 to Sept 3             The curious and the quirky - images that make you grin.  This show features fine art nudes in a variety of settings, both indoor and outdoor.

Coastal Curves I: The Sea     Sept 4 to Oct 1        This series emphasizes an appreciation of the natural beauty of the Maine Coast juxtaposed with the nude form.

The Lot                     Dec 4 to Jan 1             A review of the previous season which includes additional prints that were not featured in the original line-up.
