This unique bodywork can help you experience greater flexibility, freedom from muscular pain, joint compression, and ease emotional and somatic trauma. Supported by the water and the attentive care of the therapist, the movements allow for a sense of peace and deep rest.

Treatments are given in a 97 degree saline pool. The therapists may use a combination of shiatsu, myofacial release, range of movement, massage, energy work and craniosacral therapy.

We offer traditional massage and Craniosacral therapy. As well as classes in Water Reiki, and National Arthritis Foundation water exercise.
