Smarty Pants is a women's resale store offering both new and used clothing and accessories. The large shop features new, name-brand clothing at least 50 percent off the regular retail price and the best of second-hand clothing, collected all over the state by owner Cathy Kulka, a life-long thrift store shopper. The used clothing, including such labels as J. Jill, Ann Taylor, Flax, L.L. Bean and Talbots, is in very good to like-new condition, mostly natural fibers, in a broad range of styles and sizes from 0 to 4X. Plus, maternity and petite sizes are displayed in separate areas, as are workout/active sportswear, sleepwear and outerwear. An eclectic mix of bags, shoes and other accessories rounds out the shopping choices.
